I did day 1 on Monday, had a rest day on Tuesday because I was so sore and today I’ve done day 2! It feels so great!

I’m not filling in my food diary online at the moment because calorie counting is such a drag and I think it ends up just getting me down
I’ve been signed up to Food Focus.com for three days to help with my diet; I log everything I eat and I’m trying to eat less refined carbohydrates and eat more filling, nutritious foods. The site has calculated that to lose about ten pounds or so (I don’t have a specific goal really, I’d just like to be around the nine and a half stone mark) I need to limit myself to 1500-ish calories a day, which actually hasn’t been too difficult. I say one treat a day and I’ve stuck to it.
I just find it so easy to eat and eat; it doesn’t help that I have a pile of Easter chocolate and two big cakes in the house. Maybe my treat today will be a slice of cake - I’ll enjoy it more if it’s not eaten in a binge but anticipated (majorly)
